Vanke Hong Kong's Le Mont in south Tai Po has uploaded the sales brochure for its first phase today with the aim of putting all 403 flats in the phase on the market in this quarter.

The first phase features 131 one-bedroom and 161 two-bedroom units, which account for more than 70 percent of the total.

The development comprises three phases, offering 1,650 units, with sizes ranging from 214 to 961 square feet.
