Henderson Land Development (0012) unveiled the first price list for its Belgravia Place Phase II property in Cheung Sha Wan on Friday, offering 50 units at an average price of HK$15,968 per square foot after discounts.

The average price for the new phase is 0.4 percent higher than the first phase’s HK$15,902 per sq ft, with the least-expensive home costing HK$4.08 million after discounts.

The 50 units include 11 one-bedroom flats, 23 two-bedroom apartments and 16 three-bedroom homes.

Henderson Land believes the market sentiment has improved after the Lunar New Year holiday and expects that the city’s home prices would rebound in the second and third quarters.
