Henderson Land Development’s (0012) Eight Southpark in Kowloon City has unveiled its second list for 118 units, with the average price coming in around HK$18,652 per square foot after discounts, about 7 percent higher than the first.

Details of sales arrangement will be uploaded today and the first round of sales will be held over the weekend.

The second batch includes 83 one-bedroom and 35 two-bedroom units, with the discounted prices ranging from HK$4.16 million to HK$7.29 million.

The cheapest, a 258-square-foot one-bedroom unit on the fifth floor, is priced at HK$16,107 per square foot after discounts.
