Swire Properties (1972) is planning to sell around 1,652 units in three local projects this year, with one in Chai Wan set to launch as early as next quarter.

The three projects include The Headland Residences in Chai Wan, 6 Deep Water Bay Road, and the fourth phase of The Southside in Wong Chuk Hang, La Montagne.

Adrian To Wai-yip, the company’s director of residential, said The Headland Residences is the key project for the year and has received presale approval, with its sales brochure and show flats nearing completion.

The Headland Residences is being developed in two phases. The project comprises three towers offering a total of 850 units, with 592 units in Phase 1 and 258 in Phase 2.
